How do I sign up?
To sign up for RateBASE services, contact us for publishing. We will provide you with an account ID. Your account administrator can then create users for this account. Click here to request a retrieval-only ID.
Why doesn't my password work?
Passwords are case sensitive, (meaning that "PASSWORD," "PaSsWoRd," and "password" are not equivalent), so be sure to keep this in mind when entering your password. If you have tried and are still having problems, or, you have forgotten your password click here.
What if I forgot my password and/or User ID?
If you remember the User ID, we can e-mail you the Password. The e-mail will be sent to the address you provided us with during registration. If you do not wish to receive the Password in e-mail or have forgotten your User ID, contact us at the link shown on the login page. Click here to get your password.
How do I change my password?
After successful login, select My Account under Administration tab. Enter desired password into Password and Re-Enter Password fields, then scroll to bottom of page and click Save button to save your changes.
How do I change my default start page?
After successful login, select My Account under Administration tab. Scroll to Default Settings section. Select the desired start page from the dropdown, then scroll to bottom of page and click Save button to save your changes. In future, upon login you will be always taken to the page you have selected as your default start page.
Why doesn't successful login take me to the start page I have selected?
You may have selected a page that you do not have access to. In which case, login screen will take you to system home page.
